The bagels at this place are made with quality ingredients and have been consistently good for the 12 years I've been going there. The staff and management team have been the same for a long time, and the new management has made the place even better now.

I was pleased that my order came in good timing. I ordered a turkey eggwhite and cheese sandwich and I couldn't be more disappointed. I'm disgusted that they would give me a sandwich with such horrible meat! I wish I could upload the photo. The sandwich also had broccoli residue and I didn't order anything with broccoli. Disgusted
