• Named after our pet peacock. Smoked, pulled pork tossed in our house-made white dog bourbon BBQ sauce (gold medal for taste, 2021 North American International Bourbon and whiskey competition) and topped with pickled red cabbage all loaded on a toasted brioche bun.
