• Named after our pet peacock. Smoked, pulled pork tossed in our house-made white dog bourbon BBQ sauce (gold medal for taste, 2021 North American International Bourbon and whiskey competition) and topped with pickled red cabbage all loaded on a toasted brioche bun. The Cork Room offers a serene atmosphere filled with charming wildlife and captivating decor that immediately made me feel at home. The food, especially the shrimp and grits and cowboy ribeye, was exceptional, complemented by attentive service and a warm, welcoming vibe that made the entire evening unforgettable.
