The 220 Grill is a cozy spot just south of Asheboro, offering delicious home-cooked comfort food that warms the soul on rainy days. The attentive and friendly staff, along with the southern hospitality, make every visit feel like a warm embrace, serving up classics like hamburger steak and sweet tea that taste just like Grandma used to make.

Been going since it opened under new management on Wednesday when spaghetti is on the menu. Spaghetti is good, good enough to come back but a lot of times when restaurants startup new they have these specials and they really give you a good plate full of food. Then as time goes on they start backing off giving you that full plate of spaghetti and a full bowl of salad. Well the last time we were there we got a half bowl of salad. Now the bowls are small to start with but when you cut that in half you might get 3 mouth fulls of salad. I actually had more dressing than salad. I just think you need to keep the portions the same or it's not worth me coming back. Keep up the good spaghetti but don't cut back on portions.
