The cozy ambiance and warm service made my dinner truly enjoyable. Their fresh pastas, especially the fettuccine bolognese, were absolutely delicious and memorable.

Delightful neighborhood eatery in West Village with cozy ambiance and delicious food. The Zucchini pasta special was a pleasant surprise, almost as good as my Italian nonna's cooking.

Avoid this place at all costs! Tonight I went with three girlfriends and ordered dinner from the menu of "specials" that the waiter told us verbally. I ordered a truffle risotto (other risottos on the menu were around $20). When the bill came my risotto was $95!!!! I would have never ordered this if the waiter had told me the cost! Who the heck orders food this expensive??? In discussion to the manager, the waiter lied to the manager and said he had told me the cost of the risotto when he hadn't (so the manager sided with him). To add insult to injury, in reviewing my credit card charges from home I found that they had charged me an additional 20%--they tipped themselves!--for the tip that I intentionally chose not to leave because of poor service (I was in a party of 3 so I wasn't up to the limit of party of 6 where it's policy for them to automatically add gratuity)!! In other words, after I paid & signed my credit card receipt, the waiter illegally changed the amount for which I signed and gave himself an extra $22. I am appalled that a restaurant that purports itself to be so classy and upscale and elegant would not bend over backwards to keep a customer happy. My husband and I have dined at the finest restaurants in cities worldwide and have never experienced such appalling treatment. Unless you want to risk being talked down to, cheated, lied to, and have money illegally charged to your credit card, I would avoid this terrible place at all costs!!!! In a word: Overpriced, Dishonest, and Snobby.
