You'll love the broasted chicken here, served with delicious potato wedges and coleslaw - it's a must-try in Wheatley whether you're a local or just passing through. It's a meal I always eagerly anticipate and you won't be disappointed!

Is by far a great place to eat and bring your family and can also bring a group they have space. For a drink or to eat worth the trip

My friend and I stop there at least three times a year. My family also had them cater my mother's 80th birthday party. The food is amazing. Lots for the price and always served hot.

Fun little tavern. Drink some beers and shoot some pool. Very old man type of bar which is what I like.

Extremely disappointed in dinner tonight. The choice of potato was nothing but fried. Due to health restrictions that was not an option. So 7 pieces of perch and a very tiny applesauce cost $23.99. It's not the money; it's the principle of the situation. Many people these days have health issues. When I asked if I could go off the specific dinner choices to suit my needs the waitress was less then interested in helping. I was not asking for anything out of the ordinary. We come here a lot so I was pretty surprised.

We have been going to the car barn for years. The food is excellent!
The problem I have with that place is the atmosphere. It is so dark and dingy in there. The place hasn't changed in years and years. I think some remodeling should be a priority.
Also some bad experiences with some of the staff. When we walk in, no one sees us . No hello or nothing..
I know they are busy but it takes a second to great us.
Once we are sitting at a table the waitress becomes a bit friendlier. ( I guess, thinking of tips?)
For this reason I decided not to go back until changes are made.
But, I will miss the food..

Best place ever to eat. Love the chicken and pizza. Staff are ver nice and most helpful.

Not sure how the staff could be rated so low by Mary! Beyond the amazing food here, the staff has always been very, very friendly - even when they are super busy! Great place, great staff!

The staff at The Car Barn in Wheatley are some of the rudest ppl ever. I will never bring my family here again after the way we were treated.
