The Prospector serves up ridiculously tender steaks, incredible prime rib, and a soup and bread bar that will have you dreaming long after the meal is over. With friendly staff, old-school charm, and portions so generous you'll need a nap afterward, it's the kind of place that makes you want to find any excuse to swing by again and again.
