St. Germain's on Main Street in Seal Beach offers an inviting atmosphere with cozy window seating and a fantastic wine selection, making every visit memorable. The food consistently impresses-from the perfectly cooked ribeye and sea bass to the delicious lamb pops and classic French dishes like frog legs and escargot, all complemented by attentive and friendly service from staff like Kyra, Jenna, and Justin. With live jazz on Wednesdays and a warm, local vibe, it's a wonderful place to enjoy great meals, good company, and a true taste of the neighborhood.

The food used to be good. Maybe, they have a new manager. Anyways, no bussiness or government entity should require to show your medical information. This is a HIPPa violation.
