So, I checked out this food truck the other day, and I gotta say, it was a nice surprise. Ended up having a cool chat with chef Ruben and his mom Myra - they're a great team. Ruben mentioned how being next to Eat Mo Produce helps him get fresh ingredients for his delicious creations. He even whipped up a couple of samples for me to try. Good food, good vibes - definitely worth a visit!
