This Chipotle has terrible service. Multiple times I have ordered from here and our food is never made on time. I wouldn't mind 5 more minutes but so far we have almost wait 40 minutes for our food. They need to figure something out to fix this.

Food is great but when ordering online it is more of a hassle than it should be. Every time I order online I have to wait twenty minutes or longer to actually get my food. Where online ordering should be faster and more convenient. For example today I had to wait forty minutes for my online order. I understand it's busy but they need to figure out a better way to get online orders out faster.
