Recently, I've been loving the food at China Penn, which just opened for take-out on October 24, 2020. The hot-and-sour soup is a steal at $2.95, and paired with the House fried rice, it makes for a delicious and affordable meal for two. Despite the unassuming exterior, the atmosphere inside is cozy, the dumplings are fantastic, and the staff is wonderful - definitely worth checking out in Exeter!

I'm not sure what they were up to, but the 2 chinese waitresses pulled a fast one on us after our meal, telling us that the credit card machine wasn't working.
They were hovering at our table as we searched for cash. I felt very uncomfortable and it made the food not a good experience. Watch out for their trickery! I would not eat there again because of their deception.

love this place!!~nice clean.Food is delicious sushi is so good and fresh too .Also Thai is the best in Berks County.

Sushi smelled so fishy!!! Fish not fresh at all.Waiter so rude!
They should find someone who really understand English.
Service socks!!! Overall i would say : Terrible!!!
