Well,to the comment below, obviously if they are that busy, the food must and is amazing to be as crowded. I have never seen nor heard anyone yell at a customer before, and I have been going there a very long time so maybe that was a little exaggerated. If anything, if the customer is upset, they try and fix the problem.
Amazing food, and hard workers. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!

I stopped in over the weekend because I was hungry for a good cold Italian sub. The place was packed! I placed my order and waited, and waited, and waited..... Finally one of the cooks asked what I was waiting on. When I told him I was there for my Italian, he pulled it from a shelf that I was watching and wondering if the sub was mine all this time! I was upset that the sub sat there for more than 10 minutes and when I expressed my discontent, the cook decided to loudly argue with me in front of the entire restaurant! I will NEVER go back there. Don't go in there and express any discontent to those rude people! They are not afraid to be unprofessional! Why would a business owner argue about the long wait the customer had to endure? I bet the front server lady (who was obviously in a panic because she couldn't handle the amount of customers coming in)must have walked by that sub at least 20 times! Then once I got the sub home, it was warm. Never again!

IVE EATEN ALL OVER THE WORLD AND I MUST SAY THE FOOD AT CHRISS IS SUPER CHICKEN PARM TO DIE FOR AND THE STUFFED PIZZA NO ONE MAKES IT LIKE CHRIS AND THE STROMBOLI MAN IT SO GOOD I CANT STOP EATING IT THEY HAVE GREAT NEW YORK PIZZA GOOD JOB CHRIS
