Located at the bottom of the office building, the Union Gourmet Market's small sandwich shop offers a surprising array of delicious breakfast and lunch options. Chef Felix Maietta, known for his culinary expertise, prepares made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and Paninis using fresh ingredients. The shop is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 6:00 pm, and also offers full-service catering and delivery within the center city area.
