There are numerous dining options available in a small cafeteria managed by three friendly elderly women with varying degrees of English proficiency. Accessing this dining establishment requires clearing security upon exiting Quebec City, which may be inconvenient for some visitors. The poutine served here is unparalleled in Quebec City, surpassing even the most renowned offerings in Toronto and other locations I have tried.
