Being from Maryland, the land known for the blue crab, it has been difficult to find traditional steamed crabs in Va. Most are yuck, yuck, yuck!!! However, after living in Va. for the past 5 years I finally hit paydirt. The Crab Lady does it right. The steamed crabs are a decent price, heavy, and absolutely delicious. Going back for more. If you are looking for the best steamed crabs in Virginia see The Crab Lady if not, maybe stick to a Virginia ham.
