I have ordered form here for years and years. I think the food is great but the customer service is horrible. Last week it took over 2 1/2 hours to get here and tonight I got a calzone with nothing in it! Their solutiom was tp pay for that and order another one. r u kidding me? What the hell kind of solution is that. Do they have 12 year olds running the store. I think its time to stop ordering from there. their current managers are too immature to manage a store, and I am too old for this horrible service! Find better help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to enjoy KPP. Their food has always been one of my favorites. My father and our family has been going there for over 20 years!! One of their most loyal customers....
Recently, I discovered that one of their young employees got fired because she needed to take a sick day!!! In the midst of a pandemic, and understanding the seriousness of feeling unwell and how going into work could effect her co workers and customers, she took the day off.. She has been working there for almost 4 years and one of the most committed employees who RARELY takes a sick day. She would never take a day off unless she were unwell as she didn't want to put the extra work on her coworkers...
Pat (The owner) asked her to get tested for COVID which makes sense! Well, after she did so and got a negative result, the owner, Pat, fired her saying that she lied about being sick!?! I can't believe this would happen especially in the midst of a pandemic, but also the unprofessionalism that this owner would have towards an employee by calling her a liar. :( It also doesn't seem very legal or moral.
They have lost my business along with friends and family.

i ordered food at about 6 o'clock. i was told it would arrive between 6:30 and 6:40. At 6:50 i was told it was on the way. At 7:00 it still wasnt here. i called again and was told the same thing, its on the way. I asked for some kind of compensation and the manager on duty said no. i finally got my food at 7:15 and it was cold. I paid 23 dollars for cold food! They do have good food but unfortunately, because of this experience I will never order from here again. The driver gave excuses but if you promise a time, u need to make that time. I work in retail and I know we would have made it up to the customer but this manager didnt care. he just lost 2 customers and maybe more.

My wife and I ordered two subs one large Pastrami with onion, mushroom,provalone and extra mayonnaise. It came without mayonnaise and the Pastrami was so chewy it was unedible. The Italian was lacking meat but otherwise made correctly. When I called to tell them about the issues they flat out told me that there was no Manager on duty. I live six houses up the street from the restaurant and now I know why we rearely ordered from there.

Great little neighborhood pizza parlor. We like the quick take-out service.
