The pizzas I ordered were estimated to be done around 6:40, I got to the shop around 6:50 and they hadn't even started my order yet... when I spoke to the team about this they were very dismissive. When I asked if I could get a discount or something because of the inconvenience, one of the guys was very rude. I think he was either the manager or the assistant manager. Middle aged bigger guy. Honestly, I'll order from them again because it's convenient and I like the food. But I'm very disappointed in the way they treat customers. I now have to sit outside the store with my dogs, for at least an additional 30 minutes. It's not right. I understand that the time they give are just estimates, but they should at least be in the ballpark. The fact that they hadn't even started making the pizzas after the estimation window had already passed, is ridiculous.
