Kathy and her team created the exact cake I wanted and even handled delivery, but communication was really difficult since Kathy rarely returned calls or emails, which made planning stressful. The cake itself was dry, overly sweet, and didn't match my specific design requests, so despite the effort, I wouldn't use their services again.

The bakery I visited recently had some issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. The communication with the owner was difficult and the cake did not meet my expectations in terms of flavor and design.
