Avant in Santa Ynez wine country is an absolute must-visit spot, with its bomb menu and stunning views overlooking the hills of Solvang. The flat bread pizza and custom-bottled wines from Terravant are a delicious combination that shouldn't be missed. I can't wait to visit again during my upcoming trip to Santa Barbara and explore the nearby distillery as well - the experience is sure to be a fantastic one!
