One of the quietest restaurants in town. You can actually hear the conversation at your table. Excellent example of France meets Santa Barbara faire. Well above average service, and a regulars/neighborhood atmosphere. Chef owned and operated. Excellent prices for the style of cuisine. Best pastries in town. If I want a nice dinner with my wife or friends, this is the place. The full bar is a plus and the wine selection appropriate for the food. They have a great banquet room too...

Mimosa is a local's type of place. Great food, and a service style long forgotten. Want a quick bite to eat, this is not the place. Plan on spending 1to 2 hours and enjoy a dining experience. Ample portions and fair prices like 3 coarses for about $22. The place is on the eclectic side. Best bouillabaisse, and rack of lamb. One of my favorite eats in SB.
