My family and I where at your restaurant last night 01/04/2017. 2 of us ordered the all you can shrimp meals came promptly,BUT no one asked if we wanted more shrimp. Had to find the waitress she was leaning against the wall we had to do this TWICE. Plus we where never offered a coffee refill.
Someone was sitting in the office playing with his phone another sitting in the back playing with his. On our way out the young women working the front where busy playing with their cell phones too. Used to be a very good restaurant but is slipping fast .
We will have to think long and hard before we go back.

I have to actually admit that for our anniversary supper the wife and I ate at Bonanza in Moose Jaw. Reason being is that the wife could get a plain piece of chicken there with a baked potato. Great, perfect place to eat and I was happy with the shrimp.
BUT:
We placed our order at 7:10 pm Wed. evening Aug. 4, 2016. At 7:50 pm, I went to see where our meals were. As I approached the till area where the window is from the kitchen, it appeared to me that the guy from in the kitchen just placed our order there for the waitress to pick it up. So it appeared. This should be ok then, it should be freshly cooked and hot.
NOPE.
When we started to eat our food, my fries were cold, the all you can eat shrimp bowl was just warm, and the wife's baked potato didn't even melt the butter that was on top of it and her 1 piece chicken side was cool as well. We complained, 2 waitress's apologized and said they could request another order, but at 8 pm, it's late, so no way.
I ate most of my shrimp from the cool dish, but enjoyed the actual hot shrimp from my 2nd bowl. I am not blaming the waitress, I think it was more the kitchen staff that forgot to put it up on the pick up window for her to deliver to our table.
My recommendation is, if you have not received your meal by the time you have finished your salad etc, you better ask for it. Normally you barely finish your salad when your meal is delivered to your table, so work with that idea. Enjoy.

haven't been to your restaurant for some time and wont be back first impression after we paid was bad not many customers but a lot of DIRTY TABLES no one was cleaning them off and by the time we got our food it was cold and they forgot my potatoe , the waitress never even asked just dropped off plates and walked away
