Today, I treated myself to an Alley Cat sandwich at the Harborview Hospital cafeteria - what a delightful find! The local sandwich options at Harborview always bring joy to us hospital employees. The "Caprese Sandwich" from Alley Cat was an absolute delight, with its combination of low moisture mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and flavorful pesto on a delicious como loaf.
