This Russian dumpling joint in Fremont serves up the same tasty pelmeni I love from Bellingham but with way more menu options, a lively vibe, and a sprinkle of retro charm-plus, their spicy chili sauce paired with sour cream is basically a hangover superhero. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and whether you're snacking late or fueling a day of adventures, these dumplings hit the spot with flavors that keep me coming back for more.
