Horrible service!! We arrived with a tour guide and it was very busy. Lots of people standing by the door inside waiting to be seated. In particular, we came here specifically because they offer gluten-free options for my son.

After waiting for 15 minutes, we asked the lady at the front desk if we could order something to go. She looked at us and said I don't care what you do.

So, our tour guide suggested that we grab a menu and order stuff to go.

About 10 minutes later, she said she was finally ready for us to come up to the front desk to order. I went up to order for myself and two teenage sons and asked if any of the sides for the sandwiches were gluten-free (it didn't indicate anywhere on the menu that any of the sides were gluten-free or there were options). She said she didn't know and rolled her eyes. I asked if the fries were gluten-free in particular since she was being elusive and not helping us. She said 'again, I don't know. They're made of potatoes aren't they, so I'd say yes.' I said that I have a son with an allergy and asked if they were made in a shared fryer. She said, of course they are and rolled her eyes again. And I said well, then they are not gluten-free and we will have to pick something else. She got mad at us and told us not to talk to her again until we were ready to order.

So, we had to sit back down and brainstorm what to do since they didn't have gluten-free options. Or if they did, she wasn't telling us about them, and they weren't listed on the menu. Now, we were extremely polite, our tour guide was polite, and the people standing around us were polite. She was very snarky and rude to everyone.

Then she scolded us and said 'You guys need to close the door!' Even though we weren't the ones that were opening it and walking in and out and weren't touching or standing by the door. Numerous customers came in and left, or were leaving and leaving the door open, and she ordered us around a few times to be the ones to walk over and do it. I went ahead and closed it probably 5 to 10 times for her. I don't know why I was being so polite.

We waited 45 minutes for three cold sandwiches with sides of chips
