Unfortunately, Sage Creek Grill is now closed as the owner has relocated. This restaurant in Custer was a cherished spot for me, known for its exceptional service and delicious meals that will surely be missed.

I have to say for such a quaint and lovely small town that Custer South Dakota is, this restaurant brings in all the class and sophistication of a large city restaurant. It's a must try if you are In the area, it's sure to impress!

Rather than a food review, this is a guardian angel review. Our thanks go to the waitress & the Dr. customer who participated in saving the life of Edie. On September 12, 2017, Edie was lunching at Sage Creek Grille with her husband, began to not feel well, attributed it to indigestion. Thanks to actions taken by the Waitress Guardian Angel & Doctor Guardian Angel Edie was transported to Custer Regional Hospital & eventually on to Rapid City Regional Hospital. The actions taken by these two guardian angels set in motion a chain of events that culminated in the "Saving of the Life of Edie". Thank you, Waitress Guardian Angel. Thank you, Doctor Guardian Angel. Sincerely, Edie's family

Enjoyed the salad with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
The Cajun-style pasta with shrimp was simply wonderful!
Simply a must when in Custer!
