the best damn ribs i have had,and i have been to all of the central tex faves..this guy can cook the ribs,and the beef is good to.. be sure to order a piece of his homemade camp bread.because it usually does no come with the bbq plates...but if your a rib conniseur like me.. i havent found one better............
