The breakfast at El Charro is always a hit! The Chilaquiles Plate is a must-try, it's better than any other Mexican restaurants in Alice. The atmosphere is comfortable and the waiters are always attentive, refilling drinks and making sure you're enjoying your meal. Don't miss out on their All-You-Can-Eat Buffets during lunch - it's a great deal and the food is delicious!

i love mexican food. i eat it at least once a week. i live in houston but worked in alice for about 2 years & el charro was my favorite place to eat. the delicious salsa is cooked & served warm. my absolute favorite meal is the enchiladas verde con pollo. i am yet to find a better enchilada plate anywhere from houston to san antonio. the chicken is shredded & seasoned to perfection. its covered in cheese and the verde sauce is the best. i miss u el charro but will visit u when i'm near.
