Did you grow up with European pals who had a basement hangout that had a mix of finished and unfinished elements, with quirky lighting and games like darts or billiards? Pajo's is just like that, minus the retro couch, but I swear it was there at some point. This bar serves classic Canadian brews, has unpredictable hours, and features striking maroon wallpaper - a true local gem with no pretenses.
