The coffee selection here is superb, with a variety of beans to suit every taste, and their drip coffee-especially the Sumatra Roast-is consistently excellent and worth every penny. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that pairs perfectly with browsing artisan goods or enjoying a cozy morning. While specialty drinks can sometimes be a bit mild, the overall experience, delicious baked goods, and strong commitment to supporting the local community make this a favorite destination for coffee lovers like me.

I love grabbing a delicious coffee from Fire Roasted whenever I visit the market. The variety of beans caters to all taste preferences, making it a great spot for coffee enthusiasts. Despite my slight disappointment with specialty drinks, I always rely on their Sumatra Roast for a consistently satisfying cup of drip coffee.
