During a recent trip to Toronto, I had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic restaurant that served Balkan cuisine. Starting with a small cold meat platter and spicy roasted peppers, my friends and I then enjoyed a mixed grill platter and cabbage salad which were both incredibly satisfying. The owner kindly accommodated our request for palacinke, a Balkan version of crepes, to complete our delicious meal.
