The food exceeded my expectations with a fantastic variety, and I appreciated the self-serve option for selecting ingredients. The service was attentive and pleasant, which made the experience enjoyable, especially with the added convenience of robots delivering certain items to the table. With a reasonable price for lunch and a cozy atmosphere, this is an excellent choice for a warm and satisfying hotpot meal during the winter months.

The food at this hotpot restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a good selection of meats and vegetables to choose from. The individual hotpot pots were a great idea, allowing each person to customize their experience. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I left feeling satisfied and would definitely consider returning in the future.
