Whish I have found this site before going to Sliver steak house. Apparently, the owner indeed does not allow anyone of the workers to have the authority to lessen the bill or compensate for a bad meal. He must need to money more than the costumers.

The owner does not know how to run a steak house. He is not interested in return costumers. Getting a good meal is hit or miss mostly miss. The owner says if you have a crappy meal to bad.

Unprofessional obviously the owner does not care about return customers. If you have a problem with your meal or if unfit to eat he offers no compensation.
