Simply Sushi Bar used to be Jun Sushi, a local establishment run by Jun for over 30 years until it changed ownership in 2021. The new owners have maintained the quality, but there is a shift in sourcing as the fish is now predominantly farmed unless specified otherwise. Despite this change, the agadashi tofu remains a favorite, and the overall dining experience is still pleasant and worth revisiting.
