I couldn't get inside the joint, but let me tell ya, any spot that serves root beer gets a thumbs up from me! The sub was a real winner and reminded me of a certain famous sandwich chain that I can't get enough of. Now, the hubby mentioned the place could use a little sprucing up, but hey, it was near closing time so I'll cut 'em some slack. Five stars from me for the root beer and those delicious sweet peppers!

That woman is crazy or got one small sandwich! I eat there all the time specifically because of how much meat is on them. They have never underfed me and i recommend it to everyone in the Wilmington area go Sandpiper!

Got ham and cheese sub. It had hardly no meat and the bun had no taste. Won't be going back. Heard this place was good but since it has changed hands several times it went down hill

I eat here all the time because of the wonderful food and service! They have a variety of different subs, salads, and wraps, all of which are delicious! My personal favorite though is the P.I. Magnum (their Italian). I recommend Sandpiper to anyone who is tired of Subway and looking for REAL subs!
