Having grown up in Texas, I have a discerning palate when it comes to Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine, and Mi Ranchito met all my expectations. The restaurant's decor exudes a stereotypical Mexican charm with sombreros, mariachi band pictures, and folklorico dancers, creating a clean and peaceful ambiance. The friendly staff serves up fresh, scratch-made dishes like green enchiladas, asada, pastor, and pollo, each bursting with authentic flavors that transport me back home. Despite the challenge of finding parking, the culinary experience at Mi Ranchito in Star Valley is worth every step taken.
