The resort offers great value with numerous amenities such as an indoor heated pool, jacuzzis, a lazy river, multiple bars, restaurants, and oceanfront access, making it enjoyable even during the off-season. While the building is older and shows its age, it is well-maintained, clean, and provides excellent views from many rooms, some of which are privately owned and nicely renovated. The location is convenient for exploring Myrtle Beach, and despite occasional booking issues, the overall experience has been positive with a peaceful atmosphere and friendly guests.

Despite being a 40-year-old establishment, the property's cleanliness, ocean views from most rooms, and proximity to Myrtle Beach attractions make it a solid option for a budget-friendly stay.
