I have a fondness for dive bars, and Duffy's fits the bill perfectly. The drinks were well-made, and the bartenders were attentive, although I didn't sample the food (who can resist a "fried baloney sandwich" on the menu?). The atmosphere, with its cool dive bar vibe, was a standout feature, making it a great spot to visit while in Myrtle Beach.

We come to Myrtle every summer and this place is a MUST ! They're burgers are totally worth any wait!! Not to mention it's adjoining The Bowery!

The sign says Hot Beer. Bad Food. Lousy Service. They think they're making an ironic joke, but believe the sign. The waits for food are long. My teenage kids went there, drank water, and after waiting 30 min for their order got up to leave, only to be ORDERED back inside by a 300 pound bouncer because "their food was cooking." As teens, they were too intimidated to keep walking as they should have and have a right to do if they haven't consumed any food or drink. This amounts to FALSE ARREST or at least highly inappropriate behavior when it comes to dealing with minors. Go here if you don't mind waiting long, and want to deal with a surly staff.

The best food I've had in ages. Their steaks are out of this world!! So impressed, I ate there twice in one week while on vacation!
