They charge you for tap water!!! Go just down the street to Knuckleheads bar instead!! They are very friendly there & great guys that own Knuckleheads.

I visit this bar every time I go to Myrtle Beach. This is a sports bar through and through. The drinks are fairly priced, and the food is good. Overall, it's a nice place to go and hide when you want to get away from the tourists and kids. As for the person who complained about getting kicked out for not buying a drink, too bad. It's a bar, not a pool hall. They make money off of booze and food, not from dollar pool games. Want the bartender to be nice to you? Be nice to them, buy something, and tip them.

this place charges for ice water....ICE WATER...
1.50
MAYBE I would understand if someone was just sitting there and didn't order food and only wanted water
but my friend and I each ordered a meal, and drinks....yet, we were STILL charged for water....I'm a local and i'm never going back there again.....the bar tender didn't even tell us there was a charge for water....one only assumes that when you're given a bottled water!!!I almost didn't even pay for it....1.50 for WATER....I still can't believe it...i've told many of my friends about this and they're never going back again either.....they have lost my biz for good!!

Although my husband and I had a good experience once before, the most recent visit has completely changed our opinion. My husband a hard working, young man went in around 7:00 right after work to play a couple games of pool while waiting on myself and our friends to meet him for New Years Eve dinner. He put his money in the pool table and was about to rack the balls when the bartender asked him if he was going to order a drink. He said no thanks, just playing a quick couple games, she then told him he couldn't loiter, so he needed to leave unless he was going to order a drink. He said he wasn't loitering, just playing a couple games of pool. She said no, that he had to leave, that they aren't a pool hall. So they gave him back his money he put in the pool table and made him leave. He just got off work, had on his polo and dress pants and was causing no trouble at all. Nice looking man, minding his own business, putting money in their pool table and asked to leave because he didn't order a drink! He had been there before on his lunch breaks, not drinking and only shooting a couple games of pool and never had a problem, however they have since changed their attitude apparently. That is an awful way to treat a customer, but especially a local who had been there several times and spent money on food, drinks, and pool before and planned to in the future. But definitely not now and I hope no one else wastes their money there when they don't seem to want your business anyway. It's sad when a good person gets treated like the bad guy.
