The warm aroma of gluten-free chocolate chip pancakes filled the air as I sat down at Hot Stacks on Kings Highway. The service was swift and welcoming, with our waitress Iris going above and beyond to make our breakfast experience delightful. The hearty Belgian waffle and perfectly scrambled eggs left me satisfied and eager to return to this cozy 80's diner atmosphere.
