I have been a longtime admirer of the Eagle Cabernet since I first tried it on its debut. Ignore the negative chatter about its price or availability elsewhere - this Cab is truly the pinnacle of American winemaking, rivaled only by a select few. The 2006 SE Second Flight, which I shared with friends over a special dinner, left us all speechless with its unparalleled quality and depth, reminiscent of a legendary vintage I once had the privilege to taste years ago. A masterpiece crafted by renowned winemakers, this sought-after wine commands a premium price but offers an unforgettable drinking experience that is worth every penny.
