The dining experience exceeded my expectations with its incredible food. I truly savored every bite at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was too captivated by the delicious dishes to capture any photos.

I have visited this bistro once before and the second time was as bad as the first.. My wife had the mussles as an appetizer and they were chewy and dry, this was unexpected coming from a place that gets such high ratings. We dine out three times a week and we gave this place a second shot, but once again we found that the service was slow and it seemed that the waiter was paying more attention to the bartender than us. when i told the sever that we did not like our appetizer, he replied im sorry they usually come out good the kitchen must be backed up... Only the place was not that full.. The shrimp was ok but very under seasoned and lacked flavor, as well as just warm not hot by any means.. after about fifteen minutes of recieving our entree's the server finally came back over to refill our water and ask if we needed anything.. My wife would had said something about her shrimp but we were starving and had not seen him in awhile. i expected alot more from this highy talked about bistro. Next time we won't even bother..

Michael Timothy's has the best food of ANY restaurant in NH. While it lacks the atmoshphere of the Bedford Village Inn, the food is equal to and actualy better than the BVI's. The menu changes monthly but it is always fantastic!

I ate at Michael Timothy's once. It is priced similarly to Villa Banca a block down. The food was excellent, but it took an hour to get to my table, and the seating was also very cramped. If I want to go to a nice dinner, I go to Villa Banca.
