its so sad but I don't think they know what a vacuum cleaner is for there was so much dirt and food on the floor and there wasn't a single soul in the restaurant other than myself and my husband and we were about to order but we had to get up and leave because the place was overrun by large ants

Awesome food! Price is a little high but well worth it. Great chefs and staff. Ask for Brian as a waiter, he's really funny and pretty nice. Guaranteed you'd like him along with the rest of the place.

Staff is poor. Has a problem and asked for a manager. I told him the problem. He argued with me. Said too bad he told me to leave if i didn't like it. It's too bad the Food is decent. It's the only Japanese Steak house on this side of town.

DO NOT GO HERE! Very rude. Advertise they are open until 9. i called at 8:30 they took my order then said wait a Minuit. Came back and said we are closed. I asked why they didn't say that when they answered and why do they advertise they are open until 9 they said "we close early" and hung up. I will never go tyhere again. I would rather drive to south Nashua and go to the Japanese steak house where the service is friendly and the food is better!

Avoid Mkata at all costs. They have recently been accused by numerous parties of adding additional gratuities to tabs, and fraudulent credit card charges being incurred by patrons shortly after visiting Mikata.

The prices alone are a reason to stay away from this restaurant, in comparison to the food quality offered. The strangest-tasting Miso soup on the planet, as well as the smallest and not well-prepared Gyoza I have ever had as an appetizer. The sushi was adequate at best, and with a single standard combo serving starting at $20 (and up) the price does not match the quality, despite the somewhat nice atmosphere in the sushi bar area, overlooking a bit of nature. However, the dirtiest glass on record for a Japanese beer didn't make matters any better (as well as the $6.50 price for a 22oz. Sapporo.)

My girlfriend and I decided to check this place out while we were standing in the parking lot of Lilac Blossom as we could see it across the street. I have no idea what the guy that gave this place a 1 is smoking, but we had a very good time here. Everyone was friendly, the cooks were hilarious, and the food was great. The only problem I had here was that it kind of look awhile for the drinks to keep coming but other than that we were very impressed. It's pretty hard to leave this place without a full belly and a smile on your face.

Went here with a friend recently and had wonderful food and a good time. I would definitely recommend to anyone that they at least come here once. It was honestly one of the tastiest meals I have ever had.

We have been to this place once, until tonight! We are taking the entire family so the can experience this place as well. It is very good, the food is outstanding. Everything here is good. You have to try it. And they have so much more than just sushi. Best steak I ever have had was here, never would have thought I would get that at a Sashi place.

Each time I go I take different friends along with me. Everyone enjoyed the food immensely; portions were generous. The sliced sweet potato and vegetable appetizer was yummy ! The seafood is succulent, the beef savory and everything is fresh. We found the waitstaff to be engaging, and friendly. The cocktails are delicious! The food is clean and tasty on the pallette. Just a wonderful place to dine. Highly recommended !

The food was very fresh and tasty even though they drown most of it with sauces. The portions are huge so the high prices are worth it. Our waitress did not speak english. I had to go to the hostess to ask for help because she was messing up our orders. The chef was not entertaining at all. Other tables had awesome chef's with lots of tricks but ours was very disappointing. Overall our experience was bad and we would not go back.

Greater Nashua's second-newest cook-at-the-table Japanese restaurant, and pretty good at it.
