The garlic shrimp they whipped up for me (off-menu, no less) was hands-down one of the best versions I've ever devoured, and the smothered burrito with Lengua had me dreaming about my next visit before I even left. Miguel's warm hospitality, fresh flavors, and the perfect spice level in the salsa turned a random roadside stop into an unforgettable Mexican food fiesta that totally blew my Texan standards out of the water.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! I tried the garlic shrimp, which wasn't on the menu, but they made it for me upon request. It's now my favorite dish to order at Mexican restaurants.
