While passing through Grand Island, we decided to grab lunch at a new spot that used to serve pizza. The buffet offered a great selection of fresh veggies, meats, and noodles, and I loved that we could customize our own bowls right in front of the grill. The food was delicious, the staff was super friendly, and it's a solid choice if you want something different from typical fast food.
