The Beyond BBQ truck in front of Offutt Clinic serves an incredible Beyond BBQ bowl where mac and cheese, fries, beans, and pulled pork meld into a flavorful, generous meal that surprised me with its rich taste. The brisket was beautifully smoked with a perfect smoke ring, the pulled pork juicy, and the ribs tender enough to easily separate from the bone, while the sides like creamy mac and cheese and delicious baked beans complemented the meats wonderfully. The staff's warm and personable nature made ordering a pleasure, and the entire experience-whether from the food truck or restaurant-offered authentic, mouthwatering barbecue that rivals some of the best I've had in renowned BBQ cities.

I ordered the Beyond BBQ bowl from the Beyond BBQ truck parked in front of the Offutt Clinic, a combination of mac and cheese, fries, beans, and pulled pork. Despite initial uncertainty, I found the flavors to be quite enjoyable and the portion size was generous. The experience was pleasant, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
