Great food and service

Food was edible I suppose, but nothing great. The waiter hated me for no reason and wouldn't refill my water. I was lucky enough to have beautiful luxurious paintings present while I attempted to eat my cold food. The food doesn't deserve a star to be honest but the paintings were a 4 star. Would I come back? No.
