During a recent visit to McCook, I enjoyed a honey salmon salad that was delicious, although the bowl could have been larger for easier dining. The atmosphere in the repurposed train depot was cool and laid-back, and the service was friendly, making it a worthwhile stop for a meal with a great selection of beers and tasty appetizers.
