Every bite, from the flavorful General Tso's chicken to the fresh, crunchy vegetables and perfectly cooked scallion pancakes, transported me back to childhood memories while proving that this kitchen still knows how to craft authentic and satisfying Chinese cuisine.

Today I picked up double-sautí©ed pork and chicken Lo-mein from the luncheon specials at this Chinese restaurant in Wallingford. I had been avoiding this place for about six months due to past disappointing meals, but today they really impressed me. The egg roll was perfectly cooked, golden brown, and delicious, while the pork-fried rice and chicken lo-mein were outstanding in flavor and portion size. My childhood memories of this place were reignited as I savored each bite, and I can't wait to return for more tasty meals in the future.
