I have a favorite Chinese restaurant in my town that consistently impresses me with their fresh and delicious dishes, like the amazing shrimp toast and tasty crab Rangoon. Their orange chicken is a must-try, and even though they don't offer delivery, the quality of their food makes it worth the visit to one of the three local Chinese restaurants in Monroe.

used to be great dine in and take out. Now take out is usually served cold. insist on hot food, especially the soup.

I have always gone this restaurant in good faith thinking they were a well organized clean establishment until one particular visit which made me go there no longer. I placed my order like I usually did and went to pick it up. I was greeted by an employee who was very rude and obviously upset with me for the fact that I was a late order and they wanted to be leaving. They were cleaning up the kitchen while cooking my food which I watched them go from cleaning products to my food and back and forth numerous times. I said something to the employee who greeted me very harshly and they responded with another very nasty string of comments basically saying if I didn't like it to get my food elsewhere. Then I watched as frozen beef, chicken, pork, and shrimp were taken out if the freezer and bashed on the FLOOR to break it up and then abruptly thrown into the big unwashed disgusting looking pot that contained the rest of my meal in preparation. I said something to the employee once more and they replied with yet another very nasty slue of screams and yells telling me if I did not like it to go somewhere else because they were very busy and did not have time to bother with me and my requests for my food to be prepared in a healthy clean normal fashion. I at this time refused to eat the food I had ordered which was met with more screaming and yelling and the cook throwing my food and the pot which contained the meal into the garbage can which was immediately taken out of the garbage can and used to cook someone else's meal without being washed. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are thinking about eating Chinese food that you find somewhere else to go based on this experience alone.
