On a recent visit we were amazed at how poorly run this place is. There were virtually no donuts on their display racks, at a Dunkin Donuts!!!? We had never seen that before. We placed an order and then sat for 20 minutes before they realized they had forgotten to start part of our order. The table area was filthy, it hadn't been picked up in hours I would guess as there was debris on and under all the tables. When our full order finally came the young girl in charge there gave us a refund but we would have preferred to just have gotten the order right and to pay full price. From now on it's the drive thru only for us.
